Application

This series is a compact, inline Infrared (IR) curing module suitable for high volume, rapid curing of heat curable coatings, adhesives and inks. 3 models are available for varies production cycle time.

Features

The perfect thermal insulation design uses new yhermal insulation material in oven.
Three stage independent temperature control, the upper temperature zone of the oven can adjust the heating distance (50~150mm) according to the product height, reduce energy consumption.
Temperature control accuracy is ±5℃.
PLC and touch screen control.
Edge carrying, variable speed pin chain conveyor.
Multiple, indenpendently controlled infrared (IR) heat zones operation.
Rail expansion compensation.
SMEMA communication protocol.
100 mm top and bottom side component clearances.
